TDC unit is one of the two universal flange making systems in the world. Its features: time saving, material saving, high efficiency, quality sealing capability, consistent & durable, steady connections. It is very suitable for ducts with large cross section area.

		TDC flange only requires cutting by common circular saw. Flange strip needs to be cut to a length which is 30 mm shorter than duct overall dimension. In order to prevent flange structure damage by metal cuttings, the cutting direction should be in accordance with where indicated in the figure. After cutting the notch should be burnished until flat.
		Insert four corner joints into flange rear, adjust and fix it properly, thus the flange frame is in shape.
		Put flange frame over the sharp side of duct, thus the edge is covered by flange frame. Insert from one side of the frame to the full length of the flange.
		Fix the flange into the duct by spot welding or riveting, also the fixation distance should be in accordance with DW 144 Table 5 standard. In addition, the distance between corner and terminal fixation spot should not be greater than 50 mm.
		We suggest that when the flange has been fixed into duct, the whole flange and its corner (inside & outside) should be applied with proper sealant.
